Classic, intimate beautiful. The most wonderful time of the year!! We absolutely love family Christmas sessions every year and are so excited for this years!
This year they will be at the Froberg's Christmas Tree Farm in Alvin, TX.

Date — Sunday, December 3rd
Price — REDUCED TO $275, ((($345, plus tax))) ($150 deposit due now, remainder due 24hrs prior to session)
Images — 5 images chosen from proofing gallery with options to purchase additional!
4x6 print included or $35 credit towards online gallery!
Time length — 15 minutes
Setup — Froberg's Christmas tree farm, blankets...

Once booked, you will receive an email with a questionnaire + contract.

Sessions are NONREFUNDABLE or transferable. If you are not able to complete your session, no refunds will be given. You are also not allowed to transfer your retainer toward any other session (ONLY exception will be the Christmas petites or Santa Portraits if available slots).

You are permitted to sell your session time slot to someone else, however you are personally responsible for this transaction. BOTH parties are required to email me to confirm.

By purchasing a time slot, you agree to the aforementioned terms.

Upon booking, you are agreeing to the terms as follows...

- This is a NONREFUNDABLE retainer. If for any reason you need to cancel or move to an additional date upon availability, please contact Chelsea (Photographer) within 48 hours of Sunday, November 19th, otherwise retainer will be lost.
- In the event of cancellation, you will lose the retainer under certain circumstances. Unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with Photographer. Client must notify photographer 48 hours prior to Sunday, November 19th. Due to sickness/injury/family emergency/etc, the retainer may be applied towards a future session at the discretion of Photographer.
- Up to 5 people included, each additional person will be $25. If booking for more than one house hold, please book two back to back spots.
- Please respect the property, props, chair, the helpers, and other guests time with Photographer.
- All props/setup provided! You may bring small things that you'd like to include (letter board, ultrasounds if pregnant, etc).
- You will receive a style guide email as well to help with styling your session, and have direct contact to Photographer to help!
- Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early to get situated, there is a bit of a walk from where you'll park to the spot.
- If child cries or misbehaves, at the discretion of Photographer, we may stop session, take the next client and try one more time!!!
- PLEASE DO NOT come if you or your children are showing signs/symptoms of sickness.
- This session fee is for one family/household! Multiple families/cousins/etc must book two spots.
- NO CELL PHONE PICS OR PERSONAL CAMERAS WILL BE PERMITTED!!!
- TURN AROUND TIME FOR PROOF GALLERIES WILL BE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS!
